Azure Cloud Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer for a long-term collaboration with one of our clients. In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize a modern cloud platform within a Microsoft Azure environment.

You will work closely with development teams and play a key role in bridging software delivery and reliable, scalable infrastructure., * Design and maintain Azure cloud blueprints, including governance, security, and compliance

• Implement best practices for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization
• Build and continuously improve cloud infrastructure components
• Evaluate and integrate new Azure services aligned with the cloud strategy
• Translate architectural decisions into technical implementations
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Document architecture and technical guidelines
• Stay up to date with Azure evolutions and emerging technologies

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Strong experience with: Azure infrastructure and services/Cloud governance, security, and architecture/CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with PAI (Platform-as-Infrastructure) is mandatory
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong affinity with development teams and delivery environments
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on building, testing, and improving
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication skills towards stakeholders and teams
