Job description

Manage daily IT operations, including helpdesk, workplace IT, endpoints, access management, printers, networking and infrastructure follow-up.
Lead and coach the current IT support colleague, with clear priorities, structure and follow-up.
Coordinate external IT partners and suppliers.
Own and improve the full cybersecurity suite, including MFA, endpoint protection, access control, monitoring and incident follow-up.
Keep business-critical software and hardware systems running smoothly across the Group.
Improve internal applications, reporting, integrations, data quality and business workflows.
Help ICTS move towards stronger in-house business systems and less dependency on fragmented vendor tools.
Translate operational needs from rental, services, workshops, finance and management into practical IT solutions.
Use AI and automation tools pragmatically and safely to support documentation, analysis, reporting and software improvement.

Requirements

Experience in IT operations within an SME, multi-site or operational environment.
Strong knowledge of workplace IT, user support, endpoint management, access rights and collaboration tools.
Practical understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking and supplier coordination.
Able to read, understand and improve existing code, internal applications, databases, scripts or integrations.
Working knowledge of SQL, reporting, data quality, APIs or business intelligence.
Comfortable managing helpdesk topics while also improving systems and processes.
Able to delegate and coach, while staying hands-on when needed.
Calm, structured and clear in communication, also under pressure.
Strong English skills. Dutch is a plus, but not required.
