Senior Analyst - Organizational Change Management

Technology only creates value when people embrace it. As part of Avanade’s Organizational Change Management team, you will help some of the world’s leading organizations successfully adopt new ways of working, from AI and Microsoft Copilot to broader digital transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, activities and deliverables
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
• Develop communication, training and adoption materials
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI adoption initiatives

Example project you could work on

• Supporting a global organization with the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI
• Designing communications and training for a workplace transformation programme
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops to understand change impacts across the organization
• Helping leaders and employees successfully navigate business and technology transformation

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Adoption, Communications or a related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or engagement activities
• Interest in technology and digital transformation
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written). Dutch language skills are required due to the client-facing nature of the role and the need to facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities in Dutch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot or AI adoption initiatives
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or other change methodologies
• Experience in a consulting environment
