Job description

customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities to support ARAG’s business processes while maximizing the use of standard Salesforce functionality and minimizing unnecessary customizations. Key Responsibilities * Configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud components. * Configure workflows, flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. * Support configuration of insurance products and policy administration capabilities. * Configure security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. * Assist in data migration validation. * Support testing activities. * Resolve functional defects. * Prepare deployment packages. * Assist with Hypercare support. Required Expertise * Salesforce Administrator and Consultant certifications. * Financial Services Cloud expertise. * OmniStudio configuration knowledge. * Strong understanding of insurance business processes. Key Deliverables * Salesforce Configurations * Flow Automations * Security
