Salesforce Senior Consultant

As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment.

You will:

• Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials
• Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices
• Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities

• You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiences
• You enjoy coaching others and sharing knowledge generously
• You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environments

Your background

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation
• Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
