Job description
The Data & Analytics Program is designed to strengthen and modernize the organization’s data capabilities in order to generate greater business value. The scope includes the rollout of a scalable and flexible data platform, the implementation of a business-led data governance and data quality framework, and the phased migration of data, data flows, and reporting from a legacy environment to the new platform while maintaining business continuity. The program also supports the transition toward a data product model, organized by business domains and focused on measurable value creation, while following up on AI-related evolutions that are part of the broader initiative. To ensure the successful delivery of this transformation, a Program Manager will take ownership of the overall coordination, execution, and follow-up of the program.
- Lead and coordinate all program activities across multiple projects to ensure coherent, integrated, and value-driven delivery.
- Align the work of the Business Program Lead, who steers strategy and business value, with the Project Managers responsible for execution.
- Manage scope, priorities, risks, planning, resources, and interdependencies at program level.
- Ensure sound budget follow-up and prudent use of contingency reserves.
- Safeguard consistency between projects within the program and manage dependencies with initiatives outside the program.
- Monitor milestones across the different projects and ensure delivery of tangible outcomes at program level.
- Oversee scope decisions, including in-scope and out-of-scope management, change control, and priority alignment.
- Ensure architecture choices are defined and validated through the appropriate governance bodies.
- Follow up on development, testing, and operationalization activities in line with agreed milestones.
- Coordinate change management actions, communication, and stakeholder engagement across the program.
- Prepare governance meetings, including agenda setting, materials, decision logs, and action tracking.
- Play a leading role in operational governance with a strong focus on risk management, escalations, and arbitration.
- Set up and maintain structured reporting covering delivery progress, value realization, risks, budget, and benefits.
- Promote strong business involvement and support clear ownership of outcomes and value realization.
- Maintain close alignment with sponsors, key stakeholders, IT teams, and architecture stakeholders.
- Organize and monitor the execution of all program projects, ensuring timelines are respected and interdependencies are managed within the overall roadmap.
- Ensure continuous alignment between deliverables, planning, program objectives, and expected business value.
- Ensure compliance with the defined operating model across all projects.
- Oversee project managers and key contributors to secure delivery and help resolve issues when needed.
- Anticipate and coordinate capacity needs across projects, including human, technical, and financial resources.
- Ensure production and operational constraints are properly taken into account during delivery.
- Coordinate with enterprise architecture on architecture decisions and roadmap alignment.
- Track and consolidate value realization and expected benefits together with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners to support aligned and effective execution across the program.
