Software Development Lead

As Software Development Lead you are a hands-on team lead overseeing the Development and Ops team (4 FTE). You are responsible for developing and delivering stable, scalable and well documented solutions. You will coordinate between teams, safeguard the architecture, enhance productivity and decision-making - and actively contribute to software development yourself. You will implement and refine policies, guidelines and standards. In addition, you will steer the maintenance and management of the cloud environment to ensure it runs safely and efficiently. You will report to the CEO.

• Initiate efforts to automate or innovate technology solutions

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior or lead engineer, including experience with C#.NET
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrable experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross functional environments
