The Team Lead Microsoft is a pivotal role, responsible for both the technical excellence and leadership of the Microsoft team. This individual will lead by example, demonstrating technical mastery and people leadership skills to create a high-performing and collaborative environment. The role includes overseeing the management, optimization, and support of Windows-based systems, ensuring system security, compliance, and operational excellence. What your day will look like

• Lead and inspire the Microsoft team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships to understand their needs, address challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows servers and associated infrastructure.
• Proactively resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to team members and customers.
• Develop and implement advanced Windows engineering solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Ensure the team delivers on key objectives, maintaining adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Act as a role model for technical expertise, mentoring and developing junior to senior team members.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain solid documentation of solutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for team growth.

• Windows Server and Azure.
• Middleware (e.g., IIS, MSSQL).
• Configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet).

• Networking (e.g., FortiGate firewalling).

• Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing Windows systems and infrastructure.
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
