Job description

  • Build with the Team: Contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining our codebase using React, learning to create scalable, clean, and efficient frontend architecture.
  • Deliver Quality Code: Write clean, testable code with guidance from senior engineers, gradually building speed and confidence as you grow.
  • Support Data-Driven Decisions: Help implement and maintain integrations with external services for A/B testing and feature flagging under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with cross functional teams, such as backend and product to understand how product vision translates into technical execution. You’ll receive mentorship from senior engineers as you develop your skills.
  • Using AI tools: Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc. as part of your everyday toolkit - we actively encourage AI-assisted development.

Requirements

This role is for a motivated, eager-to-learn engineers who will contribute to our frontend codebase, build strong foundational skills, and grow into a key player in our product development through hands-on development and close collaboration with senior engineers., * Frontend Foundations: 2+ years of experience with React and Typescript, gained through professional experience, internships, bootcamps, or personal projects

  • Curiosity for Full-Stack: Willingness to learn about JS backends (e.g., NestJS) to support collaboration and end-to-end development.
  • Quality Mindset: A genuine interest in writing clean, testable code and learning performance optimization best practices.
  • Design Sensitivity: An eye for design and a willingness to learn how to build polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Bonus: Any exposure to React Native is a plus., * You’re a fast learner with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to take on responsibility over time.
  • You have a “Move Fast” mentality and enjoy working in a high-pace environment where you can learn by doing.
  • You’re curious, solution-driven, and not afraid to ask questions or tackle new challenges.
  • You’re a good communicator with solid English skills, both written and spoken, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
