Training manager PLM/SAP

• Design and deliver training for key users and end users.
• Work closely with Business Process Owners and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and training environments.
• Support system validation, go-live activities, and post-launch adoption.
• Create sustainable training documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP environments.
• Good understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes and systems.
• Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or factory environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP implementation or integration projects.
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption methodologies.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
