Senior Workday Consultant - Remote

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Workday configurations, business processes, integrations, reporting frameworks, and security architecture
• Identify system inefficiencies, operational gaps, and optimization opportunities across functional and technical domains
• Design and implement scalable solutions that improve workflow efficiency, automation, data integrity, and user experience
• Review and enhance governance models, security roles, access controls, and compliance-related processes
• Evaluate current integrations and recommend improvements to support scalability, reliability, and operational effectiveness
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Technology, Legal, and business stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with organizational objectives
• Provide both strategic advisory support and hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation expertise
• Lead or support change management activities, system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and sustainable operating models to ensure long-term platform health and scalability

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional with deep expertise across the Workday ecosystem, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional, technical, and consulting expertise, with the ability to evaluate current-state operations, streamline processes, strengthen governance, and improve overall platform performance and user experience., * Extensive hands-on experience within the Workday platform in complex enterprise environments
