- Develop and execute engineering test cases with the test engineering team
- Support component obsolescence reviews and alternative component evaluation
- Manage change order processes and produce technical documentation (drawings, specs, test plans)
- Provide direct technical support for complex field and customer issues
- Ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, NEC/NFPA 855)
- Occasionally operate test equipment up to 208/240VAC and 60kW; design/modify simple test fixtures
Requirements
- BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Power conversion / low voltage electrical distribution
- Firmware development or microprocessor/sensor integration
- Li-ion battery management
- Remote condition monitoring
- MDF/IDF operations
- Solid understanding of electrical power components and assemblies
- Experience with PLM processes and engineering documentation

- Willingness to travel 10-20% (domestic + occasional international)
Bonus:
- Modular UPS or lithium-ion battery integration experience
- Familiarity with AI-enabled monitoring or predictive maintenance
