Revenue Automation Architect

AbeTech is seeking a Revenue Automation Architect to help build the internal tools, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows that will modernize how we sell, deliver, support, and operate across the business. This role starts with revenue and sales automation, but the broader goal is to help shape a connected operating platform for AbeTech - one that brings together data, process, and user experience across business units., Build and Architect Business Applications

• Build features end-to-end across the stack, including frontend, backend, data, workflows, and integrations.
• Design system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for new internal and customer-facing tools.
• Plan how independent tools and automations can eventually consolidate into a more unified company operating platform.
• Make pragmatic technology decisions and document the reasoning, tradeoffs, and implementation approach.

Automate Revenue and Operating Workflows

• Design and build automation solutions that improve sales, marketing, client experience, revenue operations, implementation, support, and leadership workflows.
• Create tools that reduce manual effort, improve speed and consistency, and give teams better visibility into the business.
• Use Microsoft Power Platform where it is the right fit, while also applying traditional software development where custom solutions are needed.
• Prioritize high-impact work that delivers measurable time savings, revenue enablement, or operational improvement.

Apply AI Where It Creates Real Value

• Use AI development tools to accelerate personal productivity while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals.
• Design and embed AI capabilities into the platform where they solve real problems, such as internal support agents, knowledge retrieval, suggested-next-step tooling, intelligent document processing, and data extraction.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML approaches and recommend practical ways to incorporate the strongest ideas into AbeTech systems.
• Ensure AI-enabled workflows are secure, explainable enough for the use case, and aligned with business needs.

Integrate Data, Systems, and Infrastructure

• Build ETL pipelines and integrations that aggregate data from ERP, CRM, and other line-of-business systems.
• Design data models that support both transactional applications and analytics/reporting needs.
• Manage REST/SOAP API integrations with vendors and internal systems.
• Follow Azure security, networking, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.

Partner Across the Business

• Learn AbeTech’s full business cycle, from pre-sales through installation, implementation, support, and ongoing customer success.
• Partner directly with teammates in sales, operations, support, leadership, and other business units to understand pain points and validate solutions.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong written documentation and direct conversation.

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, business process automation, systems integration, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience building applications, automations, or workflow tools that solve real business problems.
• Working experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data models, reporting data, or ETL processes.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, or middleware.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud deployment concepts, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and a working understanding of revenue, sales, marketing, or operations processes.
• Strong documentation discipline and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered applications.
• Comfort using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools as productivity multipliers.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
• Experience with both low-code/no-code platforms and traditional software development.
• Background knowledge in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing automation, customer experience, or business process improvement.
• Experience building internal tools, business applications, or platforms from the ground up.

Technical Skills

• Development: Modern web development, source control with Git, automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes.
• AI/ML: LLM application development, AI agents, Azure AI/Cognitive Services, AI Builder, RAG/knowledge retrieval concepts, and intelligent document processing.
• Data & Analytics: SQL, ETL, data modeling, Power BI, and analytics-ready data design.
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, middleware, vendor integrations, and system-to-system data flows.
• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, networking fundamentals, security fundamentals, Linux and Microsoft server environment management.
• Agile Tooling: Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thorough with documentation, preserving technical, operational, and user-facing knowledge.
• Comfortable moving from problem discovery to architecture to implementation.
