We’re looking for a Travel Systems Lead to take ownership of our mid-office platform, ensuring our travel systems are reliable, efficient and continually evolving to support the business.

You’ll act as the subject matter expert for our mid-office system, working closely with internal teams, technology partners and suppliers to optimise workflows, improve automation, and deliver technology enhancements that make a real difference to our operations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation of the mid-office travel system.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, releases and new functionality to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
  • Drive process improvements through automation, workflow optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity across travel systems, including GDS, mid-office, back-office and reporting platforms.
  • Manage integrations with booking tools, CRM, finance and reporting systems, working with technology partners to resolve issues.
  • Lead or support system implementations, migrations and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
  • Produce and maintain system documentation, configuration standards and best practice guides.
  • Provide expert support and training to operational teams, helping users maximise system capability.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, finance, sales and technology to deliver business-focused solutions.
  • Mentor colleagues, share knowledge and help develop capability across the wider team.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a corporate travel or TMC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mid-office systems (ProTAS experience is highly desirable).
  • Good understanding of GDS platforms, online booking tools and travel technology integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering technology improvements in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Get

  • Remote working with flexibility and occasional team meetings.
  • The opportunity to shape and improve critical travel technology platforms.
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment.
  • Ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.

If you’re passionate about travel technology and enjoy solving problems, improving systems and driving operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
