IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service and wants to develop their career with a business that genuinely invests in its people. This role is ideal for a junior or developing IT engineer with some commercial IT support experience.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide remote and onsite support to a wide range of businesses, troubleshooting issues, supporting customer projects and working with technologies including:

· Microsoft 365

· Windows 10 & 11

· Windows Server

· Active Directory

· Azure & Cloud Services

· Networking & VPNs

· Cyber Security

· Hardware & Software Support

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has previous IT Support or MSP experience

· Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving

· Has excellent communication skills

· Wants to continually develop their technical skills

· Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
