Lead SAP Finance Consultant (SAP FI/CO - S/4HANA)

As a Lead SAP Finance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide finance transformation programmes - leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for international clients.

You will:

• Lead global end-to-end SAP Finance implementations and transformation projects (S/4HANA environment)
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, future-ready SAP solutions
• Architect and optimise FI/CO processes within S/4HANA environments
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level clients
• Drive integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, and SAC/BTP) and emerging technologies
• Lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and influence business-critical decisions
• Mentor consultants and build high-performing, collaborative project teams
• Contribute to innovation culture through thought leadership and solution development

• 5+ years SAP FI/CO Consultant experience
• Solid SAP Finance process & customizing knowledge
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
• Consultancy background preferred
• Fluent German & English
