Salesforce Administrator

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce environment, supporting commercial teams, and ensuring CRM processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs., * Managing Salesforce administration and backend configuration

• Building and maintaining Screen Flows and automations
• Creating and updating Validation Rules and Object Relationships
• Supporting integrations and data management processes
• Maintaining high standards of data quality and CRM hygiene
• Developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Gathering requirements from commercial stakeholders and translating them into practical Salesforce solutions
• Troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and driving continuous platform improvements

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience working with Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Data Management
• Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
• A solid understanding of CRM data quality best practices
• The ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders
• Experience delivering solutions independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience
• Exposure to GTM systems such as HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue teams
