Applications are now open for the third intake of the ERPA Academy-a 16-week paid graduate programme designed to develop the next generation of Microsoft Business Applications Consultants.
Starting on 2 November 2026, you’ll learn directly from experienced consultants at ERP Advisors while gaining practical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence.
This isn’t simply a training course. It’s an opportunity to develop the technical, business and consulting skills needed to begin a career delivering digital transformation projects for organisations across the UK.
Throughout the programme you’ll work alongside mentors, complete practical consulting exercises and build experience using the same technologies and methodologies used by Microsoft partners.
What you’ll learn
Core Foundation (Weeks 1-14)
You’ll develop a broad understanding of:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Copilot and AI
- Business processes
- Project delivery
- Requirements gathering
- Professional consulting skills
- Presentation and communication
- Working with customers
Specialist Pathways (Weeks 15-16)
Students then specialise in one of three areas:
Functional Consulting
- Discovery workshops
- Business requirements
- Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Azure DevOps
Technical Consulting
- Solution architecture
- Development fundamentals
- Integrations
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Project governance
- Planning and reporting
- RAID management
- Project controls
Throughout the programme you will
- Learn from experienced Microsoft consultants
- Complete Microsoft Learn training
- Gain hands-on experience using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Work on simulated and real consulting scenarios
- Receive one-to-one mentoring
- Build a portfolio of practical consulting work
- Present your final project to ERP Advisors consultants
