Requisitos Experience WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Overall professional IT experience about 6 year. At least 4 year experience on Pega Systems Solutions (N2 - SSA Senior System Architect, N3 - Lead System Architect). Strong technical skills ready to be a Senior Process developer, being a reference for his-her colleagues. Desired International experience Understanding and/or experience in Financial Service industry. Knowledge in several kind of BPM Technologies such as APPIAN, Outsystems, TIBCO, etc. Proven initiatives in Technical Communities, Start-ups, etc. EDUCATION Degree on Engineering,Technology Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemical, Statistical, etc. Any specialization or sound experience on subjects related to Technology engineering. Required SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE PEGA - at least N2 or N3. Database design / SQL. Git / Github. Jenkins / Cloudbees. Agile Methodologies and tools (Scrum, KAMBAN, Jira, Confluence). Languages: English and Spanish (fluid written and oral). Desired BPM Tools (Appian,TIBCO IProcess / AMX,…). BPMN / CMMN. EAI Tools (TIBCO BusinessWorks). Decision Management Tools (ODM, Drools,…).
