As a Platform & Application Reliability Engineer, you will act as the bridge between Development, Platform Engineering, and Operations. Your mission is to ensure our applications run reliably, releases are executed smoothly, and operational issues are identified and resolved before they impact our users.

You’ll join a team of experienced Kubernetes and Platform Engineers, helping to build and maintain a highly available, scalable, and future-proof platform.

What You’ll Do

As a Platform & Application Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability, availability, and performance of both our applications and Kubernetes platform.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
  • Deploying and maintaining applications using Docker and Helm.
  • Designing and maintaining monitoring dashboards, metrics, and alerting.
  • Proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and operational issues.
  • Supporting and coordinating software releases.
  • Performing pre- and post-release validation activities.
  • Investigating incidents and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Improving observability across our platform.
  • Automating operational and repetitive tasks.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Continuously improving platform stability and operational processes.

You will reduce the operational workload of our software development teams, allowing them to focus on delivering new features and business value., * Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
