Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the further development and vision of the following applications, the company’s customer portal that supports external users in the execution of their processes and activities and the message archive that stores incoming and outgoing messages and makes them accessible to users via a portal., * Product Owner of the DevOps team, in accordance with the SCRUM methodology;

• Coordinate and weigh the different interests of different stakeholders, and set priorities for the development of the applications;
• Representative of the end users towards the development team and assessment of the delivered functionalities;
• Budget control.

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience as a Product Owner is a must;
• Experience with customer processes and customer contacts;
• Affinity with IT in general. Knowledge of online environments is an advantage;
• You are results-oriented: you enjoy getting things done and you often manage to get people (such as developers and business stakeholders) on board;
• You are stress-resistant and dare to make difficult choices;
• You can handle highly complex business and IT processes well and can communicate these clearly to a broad (often non-IT-savvy) audience of stakeholders;
• You have a proactive working attitude, where you work independently, but also enjoy working with a team;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
• The candidate with experience and/or affinity with customer portals
