Job description

Collaborate with our team to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI models that solve real-world business problems, from data preprocessing to model training and integration.

  • Own and extend the Blake platform end-to-end: from database layer to API to frontend. No waiting for handoffs.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party CRMs and sales tools so Blake connects to any existing workflow.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability as our customer base grows - you’ll feel it when something is slow before anyone reports it.
  • Collaborate closely with our ML and AI engineering team to connect the discovery engine, scoring models, and outreach generation into a seamless product experience.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting to keep the platform production-grade.
  • Make pragmatic technical decisions. We value working software over perfect architecture. You’ll build for today’s 100 customers and tomorrow’s 1,000.

We keep things flexible: remote-friendly hours mean you can balance work with life, and as a startup, we’re not bogged down by bureaucracy. You’ll have the freedom to experiment and learn quickly.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience building and shipping web applications in production.
  • Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and component-based frontend frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases, ORMs, and schema migration workflows.
  • You’ve built or maintained API integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack: you can design a database migration in the morning and fix a UI bug in the afternoon.
  • You understand what it means to ship in a small team: dedicated QA through AI, but no separate DevSecOps - you own what you build.
  • Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus but not required.

We’re most interested in your potential and if you have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

These would make you stand out, but they’re not deal-breakers - we’re a startup, so we’re betting on growth:

  • Experience with serverless deployment and edge computing patterns.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML APIs into product workflows.
  • You’ve worked on a multi-tenant SaaS product.
  • Experience with real-time features: streaming responses, webhooks, event-driven systems.
  • You’ve been employee #1-10 at a startup before and know what that means: ownership, speed, and wearing multiple hats.
  • A portfolio, distinct rewards through sports, or academic prestiges, or GitHub that shows you build things, not just talk about them.

About the company

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to join our core product team and take ownership of Blake - our AI SDR platform. You’ll work directly with our founder to build, ship, and scale the product that’s changing how founder-led companies do sales. This isn’t a support role. You’ll own large parts of the codebase, make architectural decisions, and see your work used by real customers the same week you ship it.

If you’ve ever wanted to be the technical backbone of a product that’s gaining serious traction - before it gets crowded - this is it.
