Join a dynamic team as a Corporate Development Lead, where you’ll spearhead high-impact M&A activities and strategic initiatives within a leading organization. This role involves partnering with market leaders to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, develop comprehensive business cases, and drive end-to-end transaction execution. You’ll conduct market research, build complex financial models, and craft executive presentations to inform strategy and investment decisions. Mentor junior team members and collaborate across functional teams to ensure seamless integration and value realization from acquisitions. A key aspect of this role includes translating large data sets into clear insights and supporting strategic planning in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for strategic thinkers with a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting, particularly within Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech sectors. On-site in McLean, VA - US Citizenship required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Expertise in financial modeling, including waterfalls, forecasts, scenario analysis, and valuation assessment

Proven ability to develop and present strategic and financial recommendations to senior leadership and boards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights using Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working within Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Technology markets
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
