Senior Associate Strategy, AI & Digital Transformation

We’re seeking a high-caliber Senior Associate with a strong strategy consulting background to support digital, AI, and technology transformation initiatives for a confidential Atlanta-based Utility & Energy client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI/digital transformation experience, excellent financial modeling and Excel skills, strong client workshop capabilities, and the ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables. Roles and Responsibilities: Support digital, AI, and technology transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities where AI can improve or transform business processes. Prepare, facilitate, and run client workshops. Build financial models and business cases using excellent Excel skills. Apply structured problem-solving and analytical frameworks. Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables. Support strategy consulting engagements and transformation initiatives. Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders. Work across client-facing transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Strong strategy consulting background. AI / Digital Transformation experience - Required. Excellent Excel skills and experience building financial models/business cases. Proven ability to prepare, facilitate, and run client workshops. Strong consulting toolkit, structured problem-solving, and analytical frameworks. Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables. Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills. Must be located in the Atlanta metro area. Other Skills: Big 4 / Top-Tier Consulting experience: PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Booz Allen Hamilton, or Oliver Wyman. Energy / Utilities experience. IT and technology transformation experience.
