SAP PROJECT MANAGER (S/4HANA) - Hybrid Slough / Aberdeen

This isn’t a track the timeline and send status reports kind of PM role.

This is end-to-end ownership.

What you’ll be trusted with

End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA programmes, from initiation through to go-live and beyond

Leading complex, multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams

Being the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths

Owning the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting

Driving quality across the full lifecycle including testing, data, training, cutover and go-live

Managing risk properly, not just logging it but actively resolving it

Getting involved in pre-sales, shaping proposals and making sure what’s sold can actually be delivered

Improving how we deliver as a business, contributing to frameworks, governance and mentoring others
