Strategies of Testing
Job description
- Define and maintain the overall test strategy, approach, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria.
- Lead and coordinate testing activity across workstreams, business teams, vendors and delivery partners.
- Oversee SIT planning, execution, defect management, reporting and assurance of deliverables.
- Plan and manage UAT, including acceptance criteria, test scenarios, defect resolution and business sign-off.
- Provide QA governance, quality reporting, risk escalation and go-live readiness support.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading testing across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, defect management, QA governance and test reporting.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators and senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle platforms
