Job description

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert bedrijfsapplicaties, zowel ingekocht als intern ontwikkeld.
  • Je behandelt incidenten, voert standaardwijzigingen uit en communiceert helder met gebruikers.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen: hoe kunnen systemen processen slimmer ondersteunen?

  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en houdt overzicht over jouw applicatielandschap.

  • Je bewaakt de werking van applicaties en lost storingen of incidenten snel op.
  • Je voert standaardwijzigingen en updates door - met oog voor stabiliteit.
  • Je analyseert processen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in functionaliteit of gebruiksgemak.
  • Je schakelt met collega’s van IT, data en operations om applicaties beter te laten aansluiten op de praktijk.
  • Je test nieuwe releases en helpt bij implementaties.
  • Je zorgt dat gebruikers begrijpen wat er verandert - jij bent hun helpende hand.

Requirements

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Interesse in bedrijfsprocessen, data en IT-systemen.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
  • Jij houdt het hoofd koel, ook bij technische uitdagingen.
  • Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig goed uit de voeten kan.
