Temporary Data Administrator

• Accurately input and process approximately 300 invoices per day
• Verify invoice details and identify, investigate, and resolve any data discrepancies where required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is processed in line with company procedures
• Resolve any data discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required

We are working with one of our well-established clients who is looking for a reliable and experienced Data Entry Administrator to join their Finance Team.

This is an office-based role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of processing high volumes of data accurately., * Previous experience in high-volume data entry and / or processing large volumes of invoices

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel., * Data Entry

• Working hours: 25 hours a week (can be flexible with days)
• Hourly rate £12.71 plus holiday pay
