Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships. Recruiting across enterprise AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms and Governance. Becoming a recognised specialist within your market. What they’re looking for * Current experience recruiting within Data, AI, Analytics or Machine Learning * Proven 360 recruitment experience * A track record of winning and developing your own clients * Commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously * Deep knowledge of your market and the people within it This isn’t a delivery role.
