  • Design and develop role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate Rise.

  • Create engaging learning content, including classroom courses, online learning, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides.

  • Support stakeholder training and engagement plans, help communicate end-user updates, and coordinate delivery across impacted sites as an SAP Trainer.

  • Deliver blended training packages and run drop-in sessions, floor walking support, and on and off-site events during deployment.

  • Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Comms teams to ensure capability is delivered smoothly and adopted sustainably., This SAP Trainer role plays a key part in this company’s Operations transformation, supporting a unified, end-to-end process and toolset with connected, traceable data across functions. By helping end users get ready for change, the SAP Trainer role directly contributes to digital adoption, improved operational visibility, and sustained training outcomes.

Requirements

Extensive experience creating and delivering training, ideally with 5+ years in a training creation and delivery position as an SAP Trainer.

  • Strong experience developing and assessing user knowledge at the right training levels.
