We connect you to practical, remote AI training work and support contributors as they gain experience across labeling, review, and quality assurance projects. About AI training (what this work is) AI training - also called data labeling or annotation - is the human work that teaches machine learning models how to understand text, images, audio, and more. Your decisions directly shape how real-world AI systems behave. This role focuses on text classification and quality review: careful, repeatable judgments that keep training datasets accurate and consistent so models learn from high-quality examples., Turing is hiring AI Data Review and Annotation Specialists to support model development through high-quality labeling, validation, and review of text data. • Perform quality checks on assigned work and meet productivity and quality targets
  • Identify discrepancies, edge cases, and annotation issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback during quality reviews
  • Work independently while collaborating with reviewers or project leads as needed, If selected, you’ll receive project guidelines and access to the labeling software provided by the client; training and feedback cycles help you reach required quality targets.
