Netsuite Integration Engineer

T12 Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Integration Engineer with strong SuiteScript and SuiteFlow expertise to design, build, and maintain customizations and integrations within a NetSuite environment. This is a hands-on development role for an engineer who can deliver production-quality, maintainable solutions rather than configuration alone, working closely with business analysts and the solutions architect to meet functional and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript and automated workflows using SuiteFlow.

• Build and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems and data sources.

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and reusable components.

Quality & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects across customizations, workflows, and integrations.

• Produce clear technical documentation and ensure solutions are maintainable by other developers.

• Collaborate with business analysts and the solutions architect on design and quality standards.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing NetSuite customizations and integrations.

• Experience building and maintaining NetSuite integrations with external systems.

• Experience delivering production-quality, maintainable code in a team environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise with SuiteScript (e.g., 1.0/2.x) and SuiteFlow.

• Strong understanding of the NetSuite data model, records, and customization framework.

• Ability to produce well-structured, documented, and maintainable code.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite developer certification(s).

• Experience in multi-subsidiary or complex NetSuite environments.

• Familiarity with AP/AR and financial close processes.

Working Conditions

• Remote position with approximately one on-site visit per quarter; travel expenses reimbursed separately.

• Must be able to participate in regular virtual collaboration across distributed project teams.

• Must be able to meet deadlines and reporting cadences established by project leadership.
