Support end-to-end resourcing processes across regions, including intake, matching, assignment, and conflict resolution
-
Maintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensure accurate alignment between demand and supply
-
Contribute to global capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments
-
Maintain skills and availability data, supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needs
-
Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions
- Financial & Delivery Operations * Produce and analyse utilisation reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
-
Support revenue forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and PS leadership
-
Track key delivery KPIs (e.g. project duration, margin, on-time delivery), identifying areas of underperformance
-
Support data integrity and adoption of PSA tooling (e.g. Certinia), ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
-
Assist with reconciliation of forecast vs actuals and support period-end operational reviews
- Governance & Reporting * Support the production of global PS reporting, including dashboards, leadership packs, and QBR materials
-
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs and systems
-
Maintain documentation of resourcing processes, templates, and operating standards
-
Support adherence to global resourcing policies, processes, and escalation paths
-
Assist in tracking and maintaining the āsingle source of truthā for PS operational data
- Enablement & Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities to improve resourcing efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational processes

Support implementation of process improvements and tools across the PS organisation

Assist with onboarding of new hires into PS tools, processes, and delivery standards
-
Act as a point of contact for operational queries related to resourcing and reporting

Requirements

Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret and present data clearly

Experience working with resource management, capacity planning, or project operations
-
Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel required; Power BI or similar preferred)

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Experience
-
Experience working within Professional Services or consulting organisations
-
Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g. Certinia or similar)
-
Understanding of utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance metrics
-
Exposure to financial concepts such as revenue forecasting or project margin
