Job description

The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives., * Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.

Own end-to-end architectural strategy for large-scale, multiyear transformation programs.
Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.
Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization.
Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX and enterprise architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; master’s strongly preferred.
15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale.
Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning.
Proven leadership in multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures.
Strong executive presence and strategic influence.
