Job description

  • Installation und Wartung von Desktops, Notebooks und Druckern
  • Analyse und Störungsbehebung im Microsoft-Windows-Umfeld
  • Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets im Ticketsystem
  • Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Daten- und Profilsicherung der Enduser

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Standardsoftware, Betriebssystemen sowie Anwendungs- und Betriebssystembereitstellung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows Active Directory, Windows-Domänenumgebungen und Benutzerberechtigungsanträgen
  • Erfahrung im Troubleshooting von Desktops/Notebooks & Drucker und Mobile Devices
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
