  • Annahme von Störungsmeldungen und umfassende Fehleranalyse (Incident & Problem Management) im Bereich Client Support

  • Aufbau, Installation und Wartung/Update des technischen Arbeitsplatz-Equipments (Hard- und Software), * Teamevents

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation
  • Begeisterung für anspruchsvolle technische Aufgabenstellungen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Verwendung eines Helpdesk-Systems
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Serversystemen und Active Directory
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
