Requirements

BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Principal Systems Engineer with strong requirements and acceptance experience to support a major submarine programme., * Strong Systems Engineering background, focused on requirements and acceptance.

  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business/customer needs into requirements.
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement across programme-level activities.
  • IBM DOORS (v9.6/9.7) expertise.
  • Requirements creation, traceability and link analysis experience.
  • Ability to work independently and drive activities forward with minimal supervision.

CVs should clearly highlight:

  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Facilitation of workshops, meetings, and requirements discussions.
  • Engagement with multiple stakeholders to define programme requirements.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into system or programme requirements.
  • IBM DOORS and requirements management expertise.
