Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, scalable, and secure integrations while working closely with functional, technical, and business teams., * Lead the design and delivery of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.

Define integration architecture, interface requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, and system dependencies.
Gather and validate integration requirements with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Manage integration risks, issues, dependencies, and project timelines.
Oversee integration development and review technical specifications.
Lead integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), and deployment readiness activities.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes and data flow.
Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization for integration components.

Requirements

SAP integration experience, including SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Cloud Platform Integration, or other middleware tools.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications.
Knowledge of APIs, OData, REST/SOAP web services, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP Integration Suite or SAP SuccessFactors Integration certification is preferred.
