Senior IT Support Engineer

• Provide both deskside and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops and end-user devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates to support tickets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior support engineers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly and professionally.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced IT team in Boston. This individual will serve as a technical resource, providing hands-on desktop and end-user support while contributing to key IT initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, an effective communicator, and a mentor to junior team members., * Strong experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune
• Active Directory

Experience configuring and deploying laptops and end-user devices.

Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and make modifications to PowerShell and/or Python scripts (development experience is not required).

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
