Job description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

Strong experience as a Workday Developer with expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM components, including organizations, job profiles, positions, and supervisory organizations.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes for hire, termination, transfers, promotions, and other HCM lifecycle events.
Expertise in configuring eligibility rules for compensation, benefits, and other HCM processes.
Experience implementing and maintaining organizational hierarchies and supervisory structures.
Proficiency in performing HCM data audits and validating business processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Experience managing HCM configuration changes to support organizational restructuring and annual business cycles.
Strong knowledge of the Workday security model, including security roles, domain policies, and user access management.
Experience troubleshooting HCM workflows, data integrity issues, and security-related concerns.
Hands-on experience developing custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration.
In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, job profiles, and Workday business process frameworks.
Expertise in Workday security configuration and domain policies.
Experience with Workday reporting tools and analytics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
Workday Core HCM Certification.
Experience with Workday Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
Experience supporting Workday implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
