Job description

About the role

At NFU Mutual, you will join Group Change within the Enterprise Portfolio Management service, supporting a portfolio of projects. You will provide expert data analysis and trusted insight to enable informed, data led decision making across the portfolio. With a focus on the ‘so what’, you will create and deliver insight across multiple projects, maintaining and evolving dashboards while developing new reporting to meet changing business needs. You will analyse data from internal sources, identify trends and present clear recommendations Working closely with PMO colleagues, delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll create compelling visual stories that explain portfolio health, risks, issues, dependencies, resources finance and performance, highlight areas of concern and support solutions. As part of a collaborative team, you will share knowledge and support the development of data capability across the wider function. This is a proactive insight role for someone who enjoys asking questions, spotting patterns, improving quality and making complex information easier to use.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.

You are a curious, confident and analytical data professional who can turn detail into a clear story. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders, challenging data where needed and explaining insight in a way that helps people take action. . You think critically, take ownership of your work and collaborate with others to deliver high quality outcomes while supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.   • StrongPower BI and advanced Excel expertise
  • Data analysis,interpretationand scenario modelling experience
  • Experience delivering KPI and performance reporting
  • Experience creating and managing portfolio level reporting
  • Experience working within a change environment
