Graduate GIS Coordinator

• Quality checking of deliverables
• Management of own workloads and raising any challenges to delivering this
• Follow processes closely to digitise utility data accurately
• Processing new orders
• Liaise with other teams/clients/utility companies to resolve issues and build relationships
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase the efficiency & productivity of the team’s processes
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the product / service we provide to our clients
• To undertake additional ad hoc activities as required
• Supporting other teams within our practice as required

• Experience using GIS Mapping systems including ArcGIS Pro
• Knowledge of GIS methodologies and principles.
• Good attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• A high level of organisation and professionalism.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of working in the utility industry, preferably in a service delivery environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge of utilizing technology for process efficiencies.
• Experience in a client facing role., Accurate and thorough while being able to manage a workload effectively, at times working to deliver outputs in high volumes Problem solver with an ability to identify and proactively manage problems and suggest considered solutions Adaptable and optimistic approach towards change and evolution A clear and thorough communication style, competent communicating at all levels
