UX/UI Product Designer

1. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). The proposed key staff can cite a maximum of 2 projects to meet the requirements.

2. Must have a minimum of one (1) successfully completed project experience normalizing ~200 flows into consistent UI patterns.

3. Salesforce Certification: Possession of the Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer credential (must provide a copy of certification).

4. Design System Governance: At least two (2) successfully completed project experience creating, maintaining, and governing a Design System used by multiple independent development teams simultaneously.

5. Accessibility Certification: IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification (must provide a copy of certification).
