Job description

  • Support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Gather and validate business requirements with HR stakeholders.
  • Configure Employee Central in line with global processes and local requirements.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with HR, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Strong hands-on EC configuration skills.
  • Experience working on global or multi-country rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is desirable
