Our Co-op Program is a transformative experience designed to help you grow, connect, and take the next step in your professional journey., Looking for a software engineer, responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develop timelines and plans. Ensure progress to plan, tracks critical project achievements and communicates progress to all project stakeholders. Works with cross-functional project team to establish and achieve goals.

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

Student will work on a family of “P2” software tools that together navigate and enable construction of The Internet:

• Construction workflow management

• Network topology

• “The Internet” infrastructure changes

• Reporting, Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating great software products with Clojure, ClojureScript, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL

• Evolving infrastructure: HashiCorp stack (Nomad, Consul, Vault, Terraform), AWS, ELK, Telegraf, Grafana

• Critical Thinking

• Business Acumen

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Software development

• Reliability

• Documentation and knowledge sharing

• Cross-functional cooperation

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
