Unity Software Engineer

• Contribute to the functional and technical evolutions of the simulator.
• Synchronize with different teams including R&D, 3D artists and engineers.
• Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features.
• Optimize the performance of our simulator with the help of Unity’s profiler tools.
• Design and restructure the code base.
• Develop dynamic simulation tools for model training and live demos.
• Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related field.
• Experience : 4-5 years working with Unity on professional projects (3D software, simulations, or games).
• Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS).
• Knowledge of Unity’s AI Navigation System.
• Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets (environments, characters, interactive objects).
• Familiarity with Git
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to performance and memory optimization.
• System and architecture design
• Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
