Job description

Lead enterprise-scale Terraform architecture, module strategy, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) governance on AWS.
Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform modules and standardized AWS infrastructure patterns.
Define Terraform standards, naming conventions, tagging strategies, and governance frameworks.
Architect GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines with Terraform validation, security scanning, policy enforcement, and automated testing.
Design Terraform state management using S3 and DynamoDB.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor platform/Terraform engineers.
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives by enabling reusable Terraform patterns.
Collaborate with cloud, security, and platform engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.

Requirements

IT/Cloud Engineering experience.
Terraform Architecture experience.
Expertise in Terraform (HCL), Terraform Cloud/Enterprise, and reusable module development.
Strong AWS architecture experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) governance and enterprise Terraform module libraries.
GitOps & CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, CodePipeline).
Terraform validation and security tools: TFLint, Tfsec, Checkov, Terratest.
Policy as Code: Sentinel, OPA.
AWS Control Tower, Account Factory for Terraform (AFT), multi-account AWS environments.
Terraform state management using S3 and DynamoDB.
AWS Secrets Manager, Parameter Store.
Strong architecture documentation, governance, mentoring, and cloud migration experience.
