Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), data governance, and process improvement to optimize document lifecycles and business performance. Location: Richmond, VA Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office / 2-3 days remote) Interview Process: Web Cam Interview Only Core Responsibilities

• ECM Strategy: Evaluate content management practices, closing efficiency and compliance gaps.
• Governance Frameworks: Design standardized workflows, metadata structures, taxonomies, and document retention strategies.
• Requirements & Data Flows: Elicit requirements and map technical data/document flows.
• Testing & Training: Develop testing strategies for system changes and create user job aids.

Required (Must-Have)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ Years: Business analysis, requirements gathering, and document/data lifecycle management.
• 3+ Years: Supporting ECM strategies within a financial services, investment, or government environment.
• Documentation: Proven expertise creating clear process maps and structured technical documentation.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with process automation tools to reduce manual effort.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards for business insights.
• Understanding of investment or financial services workflows.

Eligibility Requirement

• Candidates must physically reside within the US for the duration of the assignment (no offshore contractors permitted).
