IT Project / Program Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will drive delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while maintaining strong governance and execution., * Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects or programs

• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Manage risks, budgets, and interdependencies across teams
• Establish communication plans, governance, and reporting standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive decisions and outcomes
• Promote and apply project management best practices, including agile methods

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field
• 5+ years of IT experience, including:
• At least 2 years leading projects (not just coordinating)
• Direct experience working with business stakeholders (not purely IT delivery)
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving enterprise systems, applications, or cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines simultaneously
• Working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery models in real-world environments
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams or projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with director-level or higher
• Familiarity with risk management, resource planning, and change management practices
• Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred
