IT Project Manager

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations and integration projects. This individual will manage multiple workstreams across business, technology, security, and vendor teams while driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS implementations requiring new or custom integrations
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, security, and vendors
• Create and maintain project artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, project plans, and executive updates
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to leadership
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure project deliverables remain on track through proactive risk and issue management

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience leading SaaS implementations with custom integrations
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders
• Strong project documentation, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex enterprise SaaS implementations
• Background managing integration-heavy initiatives
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
